Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business.

We are currently only shipping within Canada. Due to the fragile nature of the handmade products, we will personally deliver all the orders in and around GTA. We ship to most Canadian addresses outside the GTA using tracked carriers.

Shipping is free on orders above CAD 150. Currently we are charging a flat $30 for orders less than CAD 150.

If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, as well as any taxes that are incurred on the package (for both the outbound and returned shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your refund. We are not responsible for any stolen packages with confirmed delivery notice.

We do our best to deliver orders on time; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.

Return Policy

Please note that, because every piece is unique and crafted by hand, small variations in shape, glaze, or color are natural and not considered defects. We accept returns for defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect items only. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible to pay shipping charges for returned items. Non-returnable items include customs made to order pieces and sale items.

In order to start the return process, please follow the following steps:

Email ibrarkarim@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. You can also contact us by phone at 647-675-6818.
We’ll confirm if the item qualifies for return or replacement.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in our policy.
